Suitable as office or practice; good traffic communications; no agent's commission; refurbished ready for occupancy; dado trunking for electricity and computer network throughout; DSL technology possible; changes to floor plan possible (depending on feasibility); large customer car park free of charge outside the moats (30m on foot); loading (also for lorries) directly in front of the entrance; 2 months rent as deposit.
